Hereafter referred to as the client:

Publisher's designer will finalize your cover design; client will receive a proof of the cover, title page, and the chapter page about you and/or your company. Once Client approves the proof, the book will ship in about three days.

Client agrees to pay a one-time creative fee of $180 for each book selected for customization, except where the Client desires a completely custom cover design. The one-time creative fee with a custom cover is $380 per selection.

Cover selection and customization of the book will be done jointly between publisher and client by telephone appointment. The publisher agrees to send the client cover choices and one (1) copy of the book for review. In the event the client declines to pursue republication of the book, the client agrees to pay for the book in the amount of $14.95, full retail price.

Each printing is just $5.95 per copy, with a minimum of 125 copies per order or re-order ($595.00 for each title). Shipping of the books from the printer to you is not included.

Additional Changes: Minor revisions are included provided that such revisions do not require the book to be re-paginated or re-flowed. More extensive text changes to the book are permitted and chargeable at $45.00 per hour for the editors time to make such changes; additional proofs are $30.00 per proof. Any scanning or graphic design work not provided in a .jpg format is subject to an additional hourly charge by the designer.

Usage: Client may use, sell, give-away, or otherwise distribute the book for the purposes of promoting the Client’s company in any manner it deems necessary and or desirable, except that client agrees not to offer to sell or republish the book for sale in any bookstores outside the client’s normal market area. Client shall not re-print, publish or re-publish the book in any form except through the Publisher.

This Agreement is personal to the Client and may not be assigned, transferred, sold, loaned, optioned or used in any way to the benefit of any other entity not wholly owned by Client.

In any dispute arising from this agreement, California law shall control.

The book is provided for general information purposes on the subject of commercial leasing and investment property sales and Client shall hold the Publisher harmless from any and all claims arising from its use. The Book is not intended nor shall it be relied upon as legal advise in any manner.

This shall represent the entire agreement and there are no oral agreements or other agreements.
